Gee That Went Well....

So much for the 12 days to Christmas cookies. I don't believe I even tried the recipe myself...however, I intend to soon. I did bake up a batch of chocolate chip and they didn't turn out too bad. I have a few issues with my oven, but with a little practice and some good cookie sheets I will get it right eventually. You can't beat the smell of home baked cookies.

On a different cooking note, I came across a book on artisan breads and found I can get it at the library although it's out on loan right now. I would love to try some home baked bread as well. My family goes through bread like butter. (I made a funny!)
